SHIPPING / RATES
USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail shipping is available for an additional charge of $1.00 per order. With standard shipping, your cards will be carefully packed in a padded envelope and sent via USPS First Class mail. The additional charge will be added in the shopping cart. Orders that are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail, can take 7-10 days for some domestic destinations.
For quicker shipment, USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority shipping is available for an additional charge of $4.00 per order. Priority shipping is sent via USPS Priority Mail using the most appropriate Priority Mail packaging offered by the Post Office. The additional charge will be added in the shopping cart. Orders that are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail, can take 2-3 days for some domestic destinations.
INSURED SHIPPING
Security is key when youre sending valuables through the mail. Insurance Fee in Addition to Postage for USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail is an extra $1.30. The additional charge will be added in the shopping cart.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times will vary depending on the customer "ship to" location. This statement does not constitute an explicit or implied guarantee. Shooting Star Graphics is not responsible for any damages incurred by the Retailer due to failure to meet targeted or confirmed ship dates.
All orders will be shipped on the following business day. To ensure shipment on the following business day, orders must be placed by 5:00pm EST.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship internationally at this time.
RETURN POLICY
All goods sold are non-returnable. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
REFUND POLICY
All goods sold are non-refundable.
REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
If you are not satisfied with your Shooting Star Graphics purchase, promptly request a replacement. To do this, please email our Customer Service Department at info@shootingstargraphics.com. Please return the merchandise in its original condition upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours to request a replacement.

Please make sure to return items with an insured courier (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS) and keep your receipt in case the product is damaged or lost during its return. Customers will be responsible for all damages to the product that is sustained during shipment to Shooting Star Graphics.
Shooting Star Graphics will credit your shipping cost if an item is being returned due to damage, defect or incorrect order fulfillment. If returning the product for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to Shooting Star Graphics.
Any customized products may not be returned unless damaged. Shipping & handling charges may not be refunded. Returns will not be accepted unless the product is in the same condition as sold by Shooting Star Graphics, or unless it can be proved the product was damaged by the freight carrier during the original shipment. Upon returning any product as described above, we will issue the customer a credit, or will allow an exchange for product of equivalent value. A credit or exchange is the customer´s sole and exclusive remedy, and Shooting Star Graphics shall not be liable for any other damages arising out of non-conformance or breach, including lost profits, consequential damages and incidental damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of 50% will be imposed. There will be no refunds on shipping charges. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
MISSING ORDERS
We do not accept claims for missing orders until 15 days after you placed your order. If you have not received your order within this period, please contact us immediately to check on the status of your order. Standard Shipments arrive in about 7-10 working days. We do not Guarantee any shipments made to PO Box addresses. If you believe that delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Service Department an email at info@shootingstargraphics.com. and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number).
DAMAGED GOODS
Damage is unlikely; but in any case, please check your order upon delivery and accept your purchase ONLY if the goods arrive in good condition. If the goods are damaged, do NOT accept delivery of the purchase and contact us immediately at info@shootingstargraphics.com. A representative will resolve any problems regarding defective, damaged or incomplete shipments.
